These terms cover your use of appfluence.ai and your purchase of a seat at an Appfluence AI Workshop. By using the site or booking a seat, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, write to us before you book: hello@appfluence.ai.
Who You Are Dealing With
Appfluence is operated by Appfluence AI Pty Ltd (ACN 699 377 172), an Australian company based on the Gold Coast, Queensland. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Appfluence” mean that company, and “you” means the person using the site or attending a workshop.
What We Provide
We run the Appfluence AI Workshop: a one-day, in-person workshop where business owners learn to build and run AI agents, automations and tools in their own business, followed by the post-workshop support period described at the time of purchase. What a seat includes is what the checkout page and your confirmation email say it includes at the time you buy. Ideas discussed in the room, on calls or in our community beyond that are goodwill, not contractual promises.
Seats, Pricing and Payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and attract GST, shown before you pay. Payment is taken at booking through our payment provider, and your seat is confirmed once payment clears. A seat admits one named person: workshops are hands-on and we set up the system on each attendee’s own laptop, so two people need two seats. Rooms are capped, and a seat is only held once it is paid for.
Our Guarantee
One promise sits above everything else in these terms. If you complete the pre-work we send you before the day, attend your workshop, and leave without your Command Centre live and an AI agent running a real job in your business, we will refund your seat in full. Tell us on the day, or write to us within seven days of your workshop, and the refund goes back the way you paid.
If Your Plans Change
Outside that guarantee, seats are not refundable, but they are flexible. Tell us before your workshop day and you can move your seat to any future workshop at no charge, or send someone else in your place. If you simply do not show up, the seat is used.
If we need to reschedule or cancel a workshop, or change its venue or city, we will tell you as soon as we reasonably can and move your seat to a workshop that works for you. If none does, we will refund what you paid for the seat. That is the extent of what we owe you for a change on our side; we are not responsible for travel or accommodation you booked around the date. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
On the Day
Bring your own laptop and access to the accounts and tools your business already uses; the day is built around them. You are responsible for having the authority to connect the accounts you connect. We may photograph or film parts of the day for our own marketing. If you would rather not appear, tell us on the morning and we will keep you out of frame. Workshops are small rooms of real business owners: treat what others share about their businesses as confidential, as they will treat yours.
What You Own, What We Own
Everything you build at a workshop is yours: the accounts, the data, the AI agents, the automations and the tools, all set up under your own logins. There is no lock-in and no revenue share, and we keep no control over your systems after the day.
Our teaching lives on our side of the line. The workshop’s structure, materials, prompts, templates and methods remain ours, and you have a permanent licence to use them in your own business. What that licence does not allow is reselling them, republishing them, or running your own training on them.
After the Day
Where a seat includes a post-workshop support period, that access is personal to you, runs for the stated period from your workshop date, and ends when the period ends. Support is there to help you keep building; it is not an outsourced development service, and we may set fair-use expectations on calls so every owner gets their share.
The Tools Behind Your System
What you build runs on third-party services under your own accounts, such as AI model subscriptions, hosting and the software your business already uses. Those services have their own terms, their own prices and their own outages, none of which we control. Running costs we mention, on the site or in the room, are good faith estimates of third-party pricing at the time, not prices we set or guarantee.
No Promised Outcomes
We teach skills and set up working systems; we do not promise business results. Any numbers, savings or stories on our site describe what particular owners actually did, not what you will necessarily achieve, because we do not run your business. Nothing we provide is legal, financial, accounting or compliance advice.
Your Rights Under Australian Law, and Our Limits
Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees that cannot be excluded, and nothing in these terms tries to. Where the law allows us to limit liability, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us for the seat concerned, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or lost opportunity. Where the law only allows us to limit a guarantee rather than exclude it, our liability is limited to supplying the services again or paying the cost of having them supplied again.
Housekeeping
We can update these terms; changes apply from when they are published here and do not rewrite the terms of a seat you have already bought. We may refuse or revoke access to the site, a workshop or the community for unlawful conduct, abuse of other attendees or misuse of our materials, refunding the unused part of anything prepaid unless the conduct is serious. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. How we handle personal information, such as your application answers, is covered by our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and the courts of Queensland have jurisdiction over any dispute.
