01 · The Command Centre
What actually is a Command Centre?
A private app built for your business. It plugs into your job software and your accounting, shows you what you need to know each morning, and runs the agents that chase your money. You own it.
Doesn’t my job software already do this?
It sends reminders nobody turns on and reports nobody opens. Your Command Centre reads your jobs and your books together, knows who not to chase, drafts the message in your words, and waits for your approval. Then it does the next thing.
Which tools does it connect to?
Xero, ServiceM8, QuickBooks, MYOB, simPRO, Fergus, ServiceTitan, Jobber and Procore, with more coming. If you run something else, ask on the call and we’ll tell you straight.
02 · You and your team
Do I need to be technical?
No. You press Approve, we build everything. Training for you and your 2IC is included: one session at kickoff, one at handover.
How much of my time does it take?
Kickoff, handover, and one strategy session a month for the first 90 days. No new software to learn, no hiring. You approve the moves; we build everything.
Will my office manager still have a job?
Yes, an easier one. The Command Centre drafts, they approve. It takes the chasing off their plate, not the judgement.
03 · Control and safety
Can it send things to my customers without me knowing?
No. Every message, invoice and reminder waits for your approval before it goes. You see exactly what it wants to send, and why.
What if it gets something wrong?
It asks before it acts, so a wrong idea costs you a tap on Not now. Every decision is logged: who approved what, and when.
Is my data safe?
Your Command Centre runs on your own accounts, in your name. Your data stays yours: it isn’t shared, sold, or used to train anything, and you hold every login.
04 · Money and terms
What does it cost?
Priced after the call, once we’ve seen your setup. One figure, paid once, owned forever. Running costs are $30 to $150 a month, straight to the providers, never to us.
What’s included in the 90 days, and what happens after?
A strategy session every month, upgrades as we ship them, and us on call when something needs fixing. After that, the Command Centre keeps running whether you keep us or not. Staying on as your AI partner is optional, month to month.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No lock-in. You pay once for the build, you own it, and anything after 90 days is month to month.
